                                       Auction  Rules


1.        Sheets for each bid lot item offered for sale will have available to
bidders a bid lot number and a brief description of the artwork or item offered
for sale. There are spaces on the bid sheets for the bidders to write their name
and their last bid dollar amount.  At the close of the bidding, the final,
successful bidder will present the sheet to the cashier for payment.

2.        The successful bidder will pay the final bid price on the bid sheet at the
close of the auction of the bid lot item.

3.        Payment must be made by cash or check, or payment may be made by
credit card VISA or MasterCard with an addition of 3.5% service charge of the
bid price added to the total purchase price.  Checks should be made payable
to Hot Springs Artists Society, Inc.

4.        Absentee bids in writing are accepted by the Auction Holders with credit
card security of payment signed by the bidder on each bid lot. If an artwork is
shipped to the successful bidder, then cost of shipping the artwork will be
added to the total purchase price.

5.        All Sales are final and there will be no exchange or refunds on items.

6.        Items may be removed only by presenting a paid receipt.


                   Conditions  of  Sale


All property is sole "As Is". Neither the Hot Springs Artists Society, Inc. nor the
consignors makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature   
with respect to the property. And in no event shall they be responsible for the
correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of item
description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or condition of the property.
 No statement made at the sale or the bill of sale or elsewhere shall be
deemed such a warranty or representation or assumption of liability.
